Bell Architecture can provide a range of different services for you as the Client. These range from conceptual designs to understand what may be possible to achieve with your property or site, with development of the concept to planning and building warrant approvals. This allows the Client to then organise works on-site where they arrange the building contractor.

A complete service would be conceptual design through planning and building warrant approval to administration of a building contract through to completion of the works. In the course of a project, specialists may be required and are employed separately by the client. Bell Architecture will advise at all stages if any specialist will be required and will obtain quotes on the Clients behalf.

For smaller projects Bell Architecture provide advice and will liaise with the local planning department, local building control department, Historic Scotland (if required), provide energy calculations, make suggestions about sustainability, etc. to ensure that the end product is one that leaves the Client secure in the knowledge that the investment in their property has been carried out correctly.
